Role Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Information Technology Manager to join our team on-site in Abroad. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the organization’s IT operations, ensuring systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, coordinating technology projects, ensuring data security, implementing new systems, and supporting employees with technical issues. This role also requires the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, and System Maintenance
- Experience in Software and Hardware Troubleshooting and Implementation
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Risk Management practices
- Project Management and Leadership skills to oversee and execute complex IT initiatives
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing, Virtualization, and ITIL processes
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are an advantage
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy or a similar industry is a plus
