Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Manager. As an IT Manager, you will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, manage technical projects, and ensure the implementation of effective and secure IT systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT staff, developing IT policies, evaluating technology needs, and staying updated with industry trends to optimize operations. You will ensure the seamless execution of IT services to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and hardware/software maintenance
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and team leadership
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk management, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data management, and system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP, ITIL, or relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience with managing remote teams and a distributed IT environment is beneficial
