Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – IT Networking, Hardware & Social Media to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and digital presence. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining hardware and networking systems, and managing the company’s official social media platforms to uphold a professional and engaging online presence.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Networking & Hardware
- Manage and maintain IT networks, systems, and hardware infrastructure
- Ensure system security, regular data backups, and uninterrupted operations
- Monitor and manage IT assets, vendors, and basic documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams
- Coordinate with external service providers for IT-related requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT networking, systems management, or related roles
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and hardware management
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
