Role Description
As an Information Technology Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT department. Your key tasks will include network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining network security protocols. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to both the team and clients, ensuring a smooth digital experience for all users. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, offering flexibility for partial remote working options.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Service skills to address and resolve technical issues effectively
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office and remote tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
