About Us
We are a growing IT Training Institute Startup in Lucknow, empowering individuals and professionals with industry-ready skills in areas such as Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI, Cloud Computing, and other in-demand technologies. After excellent success in Singapore as we build our presence, we are looking for a passionate IT Trainer to deliver hands-on training to students in programming and emerging technologies like Full Stack Development, Python, Data Science, and AI.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a friendly teaching approach, and the ability to guide students from beginner to job-ready level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live/offline training sessions for students and college batches.
- Prepare and deliver course content using practical, project-based teaching.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Support marketing and demo sessions by conducting sample classes.
- Stay updated with current IT trends, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Operations teams for scheduling and student engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–5 years of teaching or software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:
- Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, MySQL)
- Python & Machine Learning (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
- Data Science / AI Fundamentals
- n8n
- Java Programming / OOPs Concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed institute or edtech platform.
- Knowledge of project-based learning or internship mentoring.
- Certification in Python, AI, or Web Development (Google, Microsoft, Coursera, etc.)
