Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The specialist will manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network administration, ensuring optimal system performance and security. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing network security protocols, and collaborating with teams to enhance IT operations. The candidate will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Administration, including setup, configuration, and optimization of networks
• Proficient in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
• Practical experience in Information Technology and managing IT infrastructures
• Sound knowledge of Network Security practices and tools to ensure data and system integrity
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred
