Job Title: Deputy IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: Bangalore


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled IT Infrastructure professional to manage end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, cloud services, enterprise applications, vendor coordination, and user support. The role requires hands-on expertise in maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems while supporting business-critical applications and services.


Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

  • Manage and maintain Firewall, Servers, Networking, Switches, and Access Points
  • Ensure stable Internet connectivity and uptime across locations
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues

2. Directory & Core Services

  • Administer Active Directory (User creation, access control, GPO)
  • Manage DNS and DHCP services
  • Ensure secure and efficient identity and network services

3. Cloud & Collaboration Tools

  • Manage Microsoft O365 environment
  • Administer SharePoint and Webmail services
  • Handle user accounts, licenses, and access permissions

4. Security Management

  • Manage Endpoint Security and antivirus tools
  • Monitor spam filters and email security systems
  • Ensure IT security policies and compliance are followed

5. Messaging & Communication

  • Handle DLT messaging systems and compliance
  • Ensure smooth communication channels across platforms

6. Applications & Software Management

  • Support and manage business applications: SAP, Tally, Busy
  • Maintain design and productivity tools: AutoCAD, Adobe, Canva
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with vendors

7. Web & Online Services

  • Manage company websites and hosting
  • Handle Apple Developer account and related services

8. Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
  • Handle procurement activities including Purchase Orders (PO) and payments
  • Manage DUNS registration and compliance

9. Assets & Subscription Management

  • Maintain IT Asset Management (hardware, systems)
  • Track subscriptions, renewals, and licenses
  • Ensure proper inventory control and documentation

10. Support & Operations

  • Provide end-user support (hardware, software, printers)
  • Manage CCTV systems and office IT setup
  • Participate in IT implementations and projects

11. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare Daily Call Reports
  • Maintain Asset Reports and User Data Reports
  • Manage documentation and system reports


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Support


Required Skills

  • Networking, Firewall, and Server Management
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services
  • IT Security & Endpoint Protection
  • Application Support (SAP, Tally, etc.)
  • Vendor Management & Procurement


Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in AWS / Azure / CCNA
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell / Python)
  • Experience in ERP environments
