Hiring for Manager – IT Infrastructure (Institutional Equity Desk)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and security
✅ Ensure high availability of trading systems and dealer workstations during market hours
✅ Lead infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management
✅ Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and endpoint management
✅ Drive disaster recovery, backups, business continuity, and infrastructure upgrades
✅ Collaborate with trading, technology, and business teams to deliver a resilient trading environment
✅ Manage vendors, IT assets, and infrastructure projects
We're Looking For:
✔️ 8 to 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
✔️ Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure
✔️ Experience supporting stock broking, capital markets, institutional trading, exchanges, or fintech environments is highly preferred
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
