Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, based in Abroad. Responsibilities include managing network administration tasks, providing technical support, addressing system troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The role requires coordinating IT infrastructure projects, monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and implementing measures to maintain robust and secure IT systems.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- Ability to perform effective system Troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with Network Security practices to uphold the integrity and safety of IT systems
- Skilled in providing Technical Support and ensuring smooth system operations
- Overall expertise in Information Technology, including software, hardware, and system applications
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a structured manner
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
- Prior experience in IT infrastructure management is highly desirable
