Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist based in our Bangalore office, India. The role involves managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including network administration, resolving technical issues, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to team members. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, implementing upgrades, and ensuring infrastructure aligns with organizational requirements. You will work closely with cross-departmental teams to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure efficient and secure systems
• Strong experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address IT-related issues promptly and effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology and experience in maintaining IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and system updates
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to technical challenges
• Relevant certifications and experience in IT infrastructure management are advantageous
