Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ankleshwar for an Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager. The role involves managing day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring seamless functionality, and handling troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The manager will plan, implement, and ensure operational activities to maintain the effectiveness of technological resources, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and needs. Collaboration with a team -internal & external to optimize processes and ensure smooth IT operations will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Operations
- Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to orchestrate and oversee workflows effectively
- In-depth knowledge of Information Technology, including systems integration and resource optimization
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills for resolving operational and technical challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in team leadership and the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or industrial environment would be advantageous with experience in hospital segment.
