Role: IT Infrastructure Head

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Engineer who is versatile, technically

sound, and client-oriented. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing,

and supporting enterprise IT environments for international clients, ensuring performance,

security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File

Services, etc.).

 Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls

(Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)and VPN

 Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.),

Azure, and Google Cloud.

 Handle security operations, including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch

management, and vulnerability assessments.

 Provide technical support and solutions to end-users and clients, both remotely and

on-site when needed.

 Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.

 Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies relevant to cloud,

networking, and security.

Qualifications and Experience

 8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.

 Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, and networking protocols.

 Proven experience with firewalls, security protocols, and network troubleshooting.

 Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure

Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or Comp TIA Security+ would be a plus.
