Role & Responsibilities at Job:
Expertise in managing IT Infrastructure and Support (24x7)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies,
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Proficiency in Cisco networking - routing, switching, firewalls, VPN.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VLANs, and network segmentation.
- Familiarity with network monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS cloud networking and hybrid environments.
- Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Administration of Microsoft Entra (Azure)
- Understanding of Zero Trust security and conditional access policies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Network and endpoint security best practices.
- Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management.
- IT Asset management
- Understanding of Compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and organizational security standards.

- Ability to lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendors, and drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
Preferred Education Certifications
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / M365 Enterprise Administrator.
- ITIL Foundation or higher.
- BE, B-Tech, MCA
