Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Admin with strong expertise in network security and cloud-managed infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Openpath, and Microsoft 365, and will be responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure across enterprise environments
- Deploy and maintain Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) for secure internet and application access
- Configure and manage Fortinet Firewalls and Fortinet Wireless Access Points
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks (switching, wireless, security appliances)
- Manage access control systems, including Openpath
- Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services including user management, security, and compliance
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Implement security best practices, policies, and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with global teams and provide support during night shift operations
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incidents
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA implementation & support)
- Fortinet Firewall & Wireless solutions
- Cisco Meraki (LAN/WAN/WiFi)
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Openpath Access Control Systems
- Solid understanding of:
- Network security concepts (VPN, IPSec, SSL, Zero Trust)
- Routing, switching, and wireless networking
- Experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as:
- Fortinet NSE
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
- Microsoft 365 Certifications
- Zscaler certifications
- Experience in enterprise/global IT environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, network, and security administration
Work Environment:
- 24/7 support environment
- Night shift mandatory
- Collaborative and fast-paced enterprise setup
