Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Information Technology Help Desk - L1 position. The role involves providing frontline technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the effective operation of IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, assisting users with technical queries, escalating complex problems to higher-level support, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt response and resolution.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Experience with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote assistance software
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work in an on-site role in Chennai
