Role Description The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems within Sterling Hospitals, Gandhidham. This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring network performance, managing hardware and software assets, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to address technical requirements. The Information Technology Executive will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems to minimize downtime. The role also involves implementing and maintaining security protocols, supporting hospital information systems, and contributing to IT process improvements and documentation. Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to align technology solutions with operational needs is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and IT Operations to manage hospital-wide systems and infrastructure effectively.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving user issues and maintaining system reliability.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Network Administration to ensure secure, stable, and efficient connectivity across the facility.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare IT environments, hospital information systems, or enterprise IT setups is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, respond swiftly to incidents, and maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
