Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN/WAN and internet connectivity
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and functioning
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and equipment procurement
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system logs
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and antivirus systems
- Understanding of data backup and cybersecurity practices
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Skills- Experience with ERP systems (especially in manufacturing environments)
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Basic understanding of server management and virtualization
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus
