Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Executive for a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network administration tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, optimize systems, and maintain high levels of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Network Administration and Information Technology, including management of network systems, servers, and security protocols.
- Experience in IT Operations, including managing IT infrastructure, software updates, and system maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in networking or IT support (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with the IT rental industry, though not mandatory, would be a bonus.
