Role Description
This is a full-time Contractual, on-site role for an Information Technology Executive located in Noida. The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT-related issues, managing IT operations, and overseeing network administration. The role also involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems to ensure smooth IT performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and delivering effective Technical Support for hardware, software, and other IT systems
- Strong capabilities in Network Administration and the management of IT infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in Information Technology and IT Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely resolutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
