Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Executive role based in Mumbai. The Information Technology Executive will oversee daily IT operations, including monitoring systems, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring secure and efficient network performance. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal teams, resolving IT incidents, managing user accounts and permissions, and coordinating with vendors for IT infrastructure and services. The role also involves implementing and maintaining IT policies, supporting data backup and recovery processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT systems aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, including familiarity with enterprise systems and infrastructure management.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills, covering configuration, monitoring, and securing LAN/WAN and related network devices.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT security best practices, backup and recovery, and basic server, firewall, networking and cloud administration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, clear communication, documentation skills, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams are expected.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and familiarity with ERP or production-related systems is an advantage.
