Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations and strategic execution. They translate corporate strategy into actionable operational systems and business plans, ensuring the company's sustained growth and efficient functioning by optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving resource allocation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Business Implementation
Translate corporate strategy into annual operating plans and execution roadmaps.
Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure the achievement of key objectives.
Establish mechanisms for strategic tracking and performance evaluation.
2. Operational System Development & Optimization
Build and continuously optimize the company's operational management framework.
Streamline core business processes to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.
Champion lean operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Business Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of various business lines (Sales, Delivery, Customer Relations, Supply Chain, etc.).
Monitor key business metrics (Revenue, Costs, Profit Margins, etc.).
Drive business growth and enhance profitability.
4. Project & Execution Management (PMO)
Establish an enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
Coordinate the advancement of major cross-departmental projects.
Enhance the organization's overall execution capabilities.
5. Data & Digital Operations
Establish an operational data framework and analytics mechanisms.
Drive digital transformation initiatives (data platforms, automation systems, etc.).
Enable data-driven business decision-making.
6. Organizational Collaboration & Resource Management
Optimize organizational structure and resource allocation.
Improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
Drive improvements in the company's overall operational efficiency.
7. Risk Control & Compliance Management
Establish an operational risk management framework.
Manage compliance and financial risks within business operations.
Ensure the stable and sustainable development of the company's operations.
8. Team Building & Organizational Development
Build and lead a high-performance operational management team.
Establish performance management and incentive systems.
Foster a strong corporate culture and a culture of execution excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
20+ years of experience in operations or general management.
10+ years of experience in senior management roles.
Experience managing across multiple departments or business lines.
Possesses strategic thinking capabilities and strong execution skills.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills.
