Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Engineer located at our Vadodara office. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring network security. The engineer will also set up and optimize networking environments and respond to IT-related queries to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
- Strong understanding of core Information Technology fundamentals and practices
- Expertise in Networking and Network Security
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure and ensure smooth system functionality
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in enterprise-level IT environments is highly desirable
