Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Information Technology Desktop Support Specialist. The responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing real-time IT support to end-users, managing network systems, ensuring system security, and maintaining and upgrading hardware and software. The role also involves assisting with troubleshooting, ensuring systems' optimal performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong technical expertise in Information Technology and experience in Troubleshooting
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
• Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software installation and maintenance
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA,MCITP etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
