Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Consultant. The IT Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's IT infrastructure and systems, including network and system administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation of all technology processes. The role will also involve the implementation and management of IT solutions to meet business needs and maintain data security.
Interview Date - 15 March (Sunday) Afternoon in Mumbai (Specific details with invitation to interview).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and license assignments across Microsoft 365, Asana, FastField and different softwares used internally.
- Resolve IT support tickets promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- Administer and maintain system configurations, groups, and security settings.
- Build and customize FastField forms to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve and create operational and system workflows and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Document processes, setups, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Teams.
- Experience with Asana workspace management, team setup, and integrations.
- Coding language experience - Python (Data Analytics, Automation Libraries), Azure SQL (Preferred)
- Ability to use BI tools like Power BI
- Working knowledge of FastField Mobile Forms, including form creation and automation.
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, access control, and permissions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
