🚗 Hiring: Occupant Safety Engineer (Crash Safety)
📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)
🧑💼 Experience: 6–9 Years
Are you passionate about automotive safety and crash analysis? We are looking for a skilled Occupant Safety Engineer to join our team and contribute to building safer vehicles through advanced simulation and engineering expertise.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform crash simulations to evaluate occupant safety under various impact conditions
✔ Analyze injury parameters (head, chest, leg) and identify risk areas
✔ Suggest design improvements for safety systems like airbags, seatbelts, and vehicle structure
✔ Ensure compliance with global safety standards such as Euro NCAP, AIS, and FMVSS
✔ Prepare technical reports and present insights to stakeholders
🛠️ Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in CAE tools: ANSA, Hypermesh, Animator, Hyperview
✔ Expertise in solvers like Pamcrash / LS-DYNA / Madymo
✔ Solid understanding of occupant safety fundamentals
✔ Hands-on experience in crash simulation & analysis (minimum 5 years)
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
