Role Description

- Comprehensive knowledge in Information Technology and its applications
- Experience in providing Technical Support to ensure system reliability and functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus
