Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Information Technology Business Analyst (WFO). The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing detailed documentation, and designing effective IT solutions to improve business processes.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role also includes preparing BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), maintaining RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
The candidate will actively participate in project coordination activities, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, tracked, and implemented successfully across development and QA teams.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, assessing risks, and solving complex problems.
- Expertise in Business Analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, SRS, and maintaining RTM for end-to-end requirement traceability.
- Experience in project coordination, working closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Proficiency in defining, mapping, and optimizing Business Processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foundational knowledge and experience in Information Technology to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CBAP or ITIL are advantageous.
- Experience in IT project management or technology-driven transformation initiatives is a plus.
