TechYukt Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst who can connect with potential clients, understand their business problems, and help convert those problems into the right technology solutions.
This role is a mix of business analysis, pre-sales, lead generation, client communication, and IT solution consulting. We are looking for someone who can confidently speak with clients, identify their pain points, generate relevant leads, prepare solution notes/proposals, and coordinate with our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, meetings, and references.
- Understand client requirements, business workflows, and current challenges.
- Generate qualified leads for ERP, web apps, automation, AI solutions, e-commerce, CRM, HRMS, and custom software projects.
- Prepare requirement notes, feature lists, basic process flows, proposals, and presentations.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to explain client needs clearly.
- Research industries, competitors, and market opportunities to bring relevant business ideas.
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, ERP, websites, automation, and digital solutions.
Experience in lead generation, IT sales, business development, pre-sales, or business analysis.
Ability to understand business problems and explain solutions in simple language.
Good presentation, follow-up, and client handling skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in an IT company, software agency, ERP company, or SaaS company will be preferred.
Good To Have
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, Excel, Google Workspace, basic flow diagrams, proposals, or project coordination tools.
Experience dealing with industries like manufacturing, jewellery, retail, finance, education, logistics, or service businesses will be an added advantage.
