Job Title : Pre Sales Engineer

As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and technical documents for IT Software projects. Your strong analytical skills, knowledge of IT Projects and understanding of project costs and timelines will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business needs
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and solution documentation
• Design and present customized solutions, demos, and proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, and client presentations
• Work closely with product, delivery, and technical teams
• Prepare pricing, effort estimation, and solution architecture
• Build strong client relationships and support deal closures
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and offerings
• Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create technical documents to support project implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT Industry
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, MCA, MCM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
• Pre-sales / Solution Consulting
• RFP/RFI Management
• Client Presentations & Demo Skills
• Solution Design & Architecture
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Domain knowledge (IT / SaaS / BFSI / Telecom as applicable)
