We are hiring Control Testing Professionals for a leading BFSI client engagement based in Chennai.

📌 Open Positions: L1 – 3Positions, L2 – 2 Positions, L3 - 1 Position.
🔴 L3 – Control Testing Lead (5+ Years) 1 Position
Mandatory Qualification:
✅ ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Control Testing engagements from planning to closure.
• Manage client relationships, engagement planning, execution, and final sign-off.
• Review and approve Control Design Effectiveness (CDE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing.
• Lead ITGC assessments covering:
- Privileged Access Management
- User Access Reviews
- Change Management
- SDLC Controls
- Backup & Recovery
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- SIEM/SOC Controls
- Cloud Security Controls
- IT Application Controls
- • Map controls to ISO 27001 Annex A, NIST CSF, COBIT, and RBI Cyber Security Framework.
- • Prepare Management Letters with risk-rated observations and remediation plans.
- • Mentor and review the work of L1 and L2 team members.
Preferred Certifications:
CISA | CIA | CRISC | CISSP | CISM
🟡 L2 – Senior Control Testing Associate (2–4 Years) 2 Positions
Preferred Qualification:
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Independently execute ITGC and IT Application Control testing.
• Conduct process walkthroughs across BFSI functions.
• Perform Design Effectiveness (CDE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing using sampling methodologies.
• Prepare audit workpapers and Issue & Observation Sheets.
• Identify control gaps and assign risk ratings.
• Review L1 workpapers and coordinate with client stakeholders.
🔵 L1 – Junior Control Testing Associate (1–2 Years) 3Positions
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute IT General Controls (ITGC) testing.
• Collect and validate audit evidence.
• Perform testing for Access Management, Change Management, Backup & Recovery, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Database, and Application Controls.
• Support walkthroughs by collecting SOPs, process documents, and policies.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and escalate exceptions.
• Freshers with relevant certifications and strong knowledge of IT Audit, GRC, or Information Security are encouraged to apply.
