Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of IT controls, risk management, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of auditing standards, information security, and regulatory compliance. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to identify risks, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements in IT systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IT audits across infrastructure, applications, and processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Review access controls, data integrity, and system security
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements
- Monitor and track remediation activities
- Stay updated with evolving regulations and audit methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT audit frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001
- Experience in risk assessment and control evaluation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience with enterprise systems and cloud environments
