Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Associate based in Bengaluru. The Information Technology Associate will take part in managing and maintaining IT systems, supporting cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of Windows systems, and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing IT support to users, maintaining system security, and optimizing IT processes in alignment with organizational needs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with MacBook environment setup & user support
IT operations support including Printers, M365 Emails, MS Teams & Wi-Fi
Strong troubleshooting skills in Wi-Fi networks (Access Points, roaming, interference, basic RF understanding)
System formatting, user backup & data recovery
Managing user onboarding & offboarding processes and follow-ups
🧑💻 Experience Required:
3–4 years of experience in IT Operations
📌 Required Skills:
M365 (Office Suite – user support & operations) – Must Have
Basic Networking + Wi-Fi troubleshooting expertise – Must Have
Windows & MacBook support – Must Have
- Jamf Pro (MDM for MacBook device management) – Good to Have
