🚀 We’re Hiring: Flexera LDM Consultant | Pune | Full-Time
Join our IT Security team and play a key role in driving enterprise-wide Software Asset Management (SAM) excellence!
🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flexera LDM Consultant/Software Asset Management/IT Asset Management candidates to manage and optimize software licensing processes using Flexera FlexNet Manager. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain accurate license positions, and lead onboarding for new software vendors.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and operate Flexera FlexNet Manager
• Maintain commercial license balance sheets (internal & external)
• Standardize license procurement and lifecycle processes
• Import and manage purchase & sales data (VISMA integration)
• Maintain manufacturer & supplier contracts
• Map licensing data across 70+ manufacturers
• Implement and manage “Use Rights” within Flexera
• Lead onboarding of new vendors/manufacturers
• Drive continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance & Legal teams
• Support agile execution using Jira & Confluence
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• 6-9 years in Software Asset Management / License Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Flexera FlexNet Manager
• Deep expertise in licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Red Hat, Salesforce, Siemens, etc.)
• Proven experience in manufacturer mapping within Flexera
• Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
• Excellent communication & analytical abilities
• Experience with Agile, Jira & Confluence
🎓 Preferred Certifications
• Flexera FlexNet Manager Operator
• Licensing certifications (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, etc.)
• Agile / Scrum certification
