Role Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the functionalities on the websites and associated tools being used for 4 websites(ayathana.com, wishwa.org, sreevb.com, wishwafoundation.org).
- You will be the IT SPOC for various teams within the group of companies
- You will be identifying, testing and implementing AI tools to improve the productivity of teams
Tasks involved in the Job
1. Work with the Dev Partner to ensure all the functionalities are working as desired on the website.
2. Work with all the Internal teams to gather requirements and implement new features on the website applications
3. Research on AI tools for the Architecture and Marketing teams to increase team productivity. Test the tools to ensure they work for the team and demonstrate outcome.
4. Provide at least one monthly training for the Architecture and Marketing Teams on AI tool usage.
5. Manage the company's software and hardware assets.
6. Implement and enhance website SEO, along with the marketing team for organic growth
7. Co-ordinate with product vendors to purchase and/or ensuring product license renewals.
Location: WFO, 6 days in office(9AM to 5PM) @ Nanakramguda, HYD
Qualifications
- B.Tech (AI & ML) graduates from 2026 only
- Exp: 0 to 6 months exp(including Internships)
- Knowledge of basic AI tools like Claude
- The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of projects.
- Should be research oriented to identify tools that can help the company
- Should be able to deliver mostly in an individual capacity and also in a team environment
- Should be able to work in stressful situation
- Should be able to debug technical issues and help resolve
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Good speaking and listening skills, Soft Spoken, should be quick to understand and prompt in responding

Commitment and Salary:
Minimum of 18 month commitment in the role
18K per month for first 6 months on probation
25K per month for next 12 months after probation
