Role Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Information Technology Administrator for our on-site office in Bengaluru. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, ensuring network security, configuring user accounts, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves supporting business operations by implementing technology solutions and upgrading infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Experience in Network Administration and managing network configurations, firewalls, and connectivity
- Hands-on expertise in System Administration, including user account management, software updates, and hardware maintenance
- In-depth understanding of Information Technology concepts and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
