What You'll Do
- Manage IT infrastructure, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, VPN, domains, DNS, and endpoint security.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, hardware/software inventory, and IT support.
- Implement security best practices including MFA, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Lead data privacy and compliance initiatives aligned with the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Maintain data inventory (RoPA), privacy documentation, incident response processes, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across India, US, UK, UAE, Qatar, and Singapore.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Administration, System Support, Infrastructure Management, or Information Security.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint security, and access management.
- Familiarity with DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
- CIPP / CIPM / DPO Certification
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)
