Role Description

• Manage Firewalls, Routers, and Access Points

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues

• Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite) users, storage, and configurations

• Provide helpdesk support for Bal Bharati Connect ERP Platform and Gradebook systems

• Conduct AWS health checks and monitoring

• Maintain IT call logs and support tracking

• Monitor the Drupal-based CES website


What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years experience in IT administration or infrastructure support

• Strong knowledge of network systems and Google Workspace administration

• Familiarity with AWS monitoring and IT helpdesk operations

• Ability to support school IT teams and troubleshoot system issues

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve IT-related inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Strong skills in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintaining network equipment and systems.
  • Expertise in System Administration tasks, such as installing, updating, and managing hardware and software environments.
  • A solid foundation in Information Technology principles, best practices, and security standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide effective support across the organization.
