About the role

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for ISMG customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our content, events, and platforms. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with account management. Maintain detailed records using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Identify and report customer feedback trends. Contribute to support documentation and FAQs. Ideal Candidate Profile 1–2 years in a customer support role (remote preferred). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric attitude. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk. Skills and Qualifications Required: Customer service experience, CRM proficiency, independent work ethic, strong internet connection. Preferred: Media or cybersecurity experience, knowledge of digital platforms and troubleshooting, familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
