Information Security Manager
Principal Architect of Digital Resilience: "Coding the Defense" through Zero-Trust Automation and High-Velocity Security Engineering.
Your Mission: The Role
You are the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the global security framework of our enterprise. Your mission is to move beyond legacy firewalls to a modern, Software-Defined Network (SDN) architecture.
You aren't here to "audit" logs; you are here to provide systemic resilience. You will transform vague threats into structured data prompts for our AI-driven SOC, ensuring our "secure-by-default" network remains resilient under the scale of millions of users.
Your Responsibilities
As a Security Engineering Lead at Searce, you serve as the primary strategist and bridge-builder between infrastructure demands and security logic. You own the internal "Security Experience," ensuring that Searce remains resilient while scaling its global cloud footprint.
Here’s how you’ll make your mark:
- Systems Architecture (Foundational Growth): Treat the Searce security perimeter as a flagship product. You will optimize the "UX" of security, moving away from manual gates toward data-driven, real-time performance telemetry.
- Intelligence Engineering (AI & Automation): Build the "Auto-Pilot" for security solutions. You’ll develop predictive threat models and proactive intervention triggers, ensuring we solve for vulnerabilities before they manifest.
- Proprietary Iteration (The 'evlos' Way): Use our evlos methodology to build, test, and ship internal security-tech tools. You help define the next generation of AI-powered security analytics.
- Debugging the Lifecycle: Identify "bottlenecks" in network velocity and solve them through structural organizational design. Whether a team is scaling from 10 to 100, you have the automated security blueprint ready to deploy.
- Systems Optimization (Continuous Beta): Own the efficiency of your unit’s security systems. You are the "Translator" who can dissect complex organizational problems to their atomic level and build them back up using first-principles logic.
Functional Skills
- First-Principles Engineering: Breaking down infrastructure hurdles to their core logic and building scalable solutions.
- Security Architecture Mastery: Deep expertise in Layer 1-3 design, including BGP, OSPF, and Software-Defined Networking.
- Cloud Infrastructure Governance: Proven track record in managing secure deployments in hyperscale environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Organizational Debugging: Identifying and removing friction in team velocity through systemic design.
