Job Summary:
We are looking for an Information Security Lead to manage security compliance, risk assessments, and incident response using NIST frameworks. The role involves strengthening security posture, managing third-party risks, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, 800-171, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers
- Handle incident response aligned with NIST SP 800-61
- Manage third-party/vendor security risk
- Oversee security controls, monitoring, and compliance reporting
- Develop security policies, awareness training, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity or related field
- 5+ years of experience in security, risk, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and security controls
- Experience in risk management, incident response, and vendor assessments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
