Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Informatica PowerCenter Developer with strong expertise in ETL development, PL/SQL programming, and Unix scripting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining data integration workflows, stored procedures, packages, and enterprise data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Develop complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and batch processing.
- Work with scheduling tools like Control-M or Tidal for workflow automation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across ETL pipelines.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities.
- Follow SDLC processes and Agile methodologies during development and deployment.
Required Skills - Minimum 4 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development.
- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
- Mandatory experience in writing:
- Stored Procedures
- Packages
- Functions
- Triggers
- Experience in Unix Shell scripting.
- Good understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Experience with Control-M or Tidal scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
