Experience with cloud-based data integration environments Exposure to data warehousing concepts and ETL architecture Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, etc. Experience in support automation and monitoring tools Knowledge of audit compliance and reporting in support environments Ability to mentor junior team members
Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter (PC) Strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Extensive experience in production support / ETL support environments Strong knowledge of workflow monitoring, session management, and job troubleshooting Expertise in handling production incidents, batch failures, and performance issues Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation Experience with Unix/Linux commands for troubleshooting and job support Knowledge of job scheduling tools and batch processing systems Hands-on experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.) Understanding of SLA, KPI tracking, and escalation management Experience in release/deployment support and environment management Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Desired Candidate Profile 5–9 years of relevant IT experience Strong experience in Informatica PC + IICS production support Proven experience in handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments, and L2/L3 support Strong SQL and troubleshooting expertise Experience working in 24/7 support environments (if required) Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline Work Location Hyderabad (HYD)
