Role- MDM Architect
Required Technical Skill-
Set As a MDM Architect, you will be working within the Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, practices. The key skills include:
- Design of large, complex MDM applications, and business processes re-engineering process required to support Data engagement
- Contributing to the analysis of master data requirements, data integration, and performing complex data mapping activities
- Partnering with clients to gather necessary understanding of business objectives and processes
- Identifying the underlying data issues using the right Data Quality tools
- Providing information, feedback and guidance to clients to support technology-related decision making
Desired Experience Range - 10 to 15 years
Location of Requirement -Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Bhubaneshwar and Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience of Architecting and designing Master Data Management solution
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following: Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Migrating, Master Data Modelling, Data Quality Management, Information Governance
- Experience with leading data applications such as IBM, Informatica, SAP, Oracle, Reltio and others
- Demonstrable experience on a number of data related projects.
- This needs to include significant experience of at least two of: data architecture design, ETL design, data mapping, data quality assessment, information governance with minimum one Master Data Management project experience
- Demonstrable experience on at least 3 end-to-end data centric projects, ideally in a key role
- Strong analytical and communication ability
Good-to-Have
1. Exposure to any Banking or Insurance industry is an advantage
