Required Experience
1012 years of IT experience with a minimum of 57 years in MDM implementation and leadership roles
Experience leading at least 23 enterprisescale MDM programs
Strong experience in requirement analysis data profiling governance and stakeholder management
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AIdriven data quality and master data enrichment
Exposure to data lakehouse and modern data architecture concepts
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements GDPR CCPA etc
Experience in Banking Insurance Healthcare Retail or Manufacturing domains
