Role Overview
Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Vendor/Supplier Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform with deep specialization in Informatica Supplier 360 (Vendor 360 / S360).
The role focuses on managing vendor and supplier data domains, ensuring high data quality, governance, and seamless integration across procurement, ERP, and finance systems, while supporting both operational and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of vendor/supplier domain solutions in Informatica Supplier 360 (Vendor 360) including business entities, hierarchies, and supplier relationships
- Configure and manage S360/Vendor 360 capabilities such as:
- Match & merge rules
- Survivorship logic
- Supplier hierarchy management
- Data stewardship workflows
- Develop and maintain data integration flows, transformation logic, and validation rules within IDMC (CDI/CAI)
- Build and optimize vendor onboarding, enrichment, deduplication, and golden record creation processes
- Manage supplier consolidation and normalization workflows ensuring data accuracy across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve vendor data quality issues within Vendor 360, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Execute enhancement requests including new supplier attributes, validation rules, UI configurations, and integration extensions
- Support bulk data loads, migration activities, and mapping table management for vendor/supplier entities
- Collaborate with data stewards, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to enforce supplier data governance standards
- Perform testing, regression validation, and deployment support across environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, Vendor 360 configuration guides, and operational runbooks
- Participate in L2/L3 incident management and production support for supplier MDM solutions
- Support integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), procurement platforms, and external data providers like D&B
Required Skills & Experience
Core Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Supplier 360 (Vendor 360 / S360) including configuration, data modeling, and administration
- Expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) components:
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
Functional & Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of vendor/supplier data models, hierarchies, and relationship management
- Experience in match/merge, survivorship, deduplication, and golden record management within Vendor 360
- Strong knowledge of data governance, supplier data quality frameworks, and MDM best practices
- Experience with REST APIs, batch integration, and real-time data processing
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with testing, data validation, and defect resolution
Tools & Platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing tools)
- Version control tools like Git
- Monitoring/logging tools for production support
Domain Expertise
- Working knowledge of ERP and procurement integrations (e.g., **SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle management, onboarding, and compliance (e.g., SOX, audit requirements)
Preferred Qualifications
- Informatica certifications in IDMC / Vendor 360 (S360) / Data Integration
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks) for supplier data processing
- Familiarity with D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) data enrichment and third-party integrations
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven data quality and supplier risk analytics
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management domains
