The Informatica ETL Oracle Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining data integration and data warehousing solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle databases The role supports data extraction transformation and loading ETL processes to ensure accurate secure and timely data delivery for business applications and analytics
Key Responsibilities
ETL Development Informatica
Design develop and maintain Informatica mappings workflows and sessions
Perform data extraction transformation and loading ETL from multiple source systems
Implement data validation cleansing and transformation rules
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability
Handle error handling restartability and recovery mechanisms
Maintain ETL documentation and adhere to development standards
Oracle Database Development
Develop and optimize SQL and PLSQL procedures functions packages
Perform complex data analysis using joins subqueries and analytic functions
Tune SQL queries and ETL performance for large datasets
Create and maintain database objects tables views indexes sequences
Support data reconciliation audit and reporting activities
Data Warehouse Integration
Work on Data Warehouse concepts fact tables dimension tables starsnowflake schemas
Implement incremental loads full loads and SCD Slowly Changing Dimensions
Integrate data from flat files relational databases and external systems
Ensure data quality consistency and integrity across systems
Operations Support
Support UAT and Production environments
Analyze ETL failures and perform root cause analysis
Coordinate with application DBA and infrastructure teams
Participate in release management and deployment activities

Informatica PowerCenter Designers Workflow Manager Monitor
Strong experience with Oracle SQL PLSQL
Performance tuning of ETL jobs and SQL queries
UnixLinux basics optional but preferred
