Title: Informatica DQ Lead
Experience: 6 – 12 Years
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida, Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Experience in Data Quality profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and deduplication
- Good knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Developer, Analyst, and Repository Manager
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience in data validation, rule creation, scorecards, and monitoring
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and integration with Informatica PowerCenter / IICS
- Experience in handling production support and incident management
- Ability to lead offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with business stakeholders
- Understanding of data lifecycle management and metadata management
- Exposure to cloud environments and modern data platforms is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Data Quality implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Design and develop Data Quality rules, mappings, workflows, and reusable components
- Perform data profiling and identify data anomalies/issues
- Collaborate with business teams to define DQ standards and KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and governance compliance
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Coordinate with ETL, Data Governance, and business teams for end-to-end delivery
- Support deployment, production validation, and issue resolution activities
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Data Governance tools and MDM concepts
- Exposure to Agile delivery model
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
- Certification in Informatica products is preferred
