Role Overview

Offshore Application Developer with strong experience in Informatica IDMC/Python/IBM Datastage/Oracle Exadata to support operational and Treasury reporting across the GTS Corporate Payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and enhance ETL data applications (IDMC/Datastage mappings, procedures, packages, performance tuning).

· Troubleshoot data and reporting issues in UAT and production.

· Collaborate with other offshore teams and deliver required documentation.

Required Technical Skills

· Hands-on experience with Informatrica IDMC and IBM Datastage.

· Strong Oracle DB development (SQL, performance optimisation).

· Advanced SQL skills across complex, high-volume datasets.

· Working experience on Python scripting.

· Hands on experience on Unix/shell scripting

SDLC, Controls & Engineering Excellence (Must-Have)

· Proven experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC, with strong emphasis on controls, audit requirements, resiliency, and production robustness.

· Hands-on expertise with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio

Domain Knowledge

· Strong understanding of Corporate Payments (transaction lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation).

· Experience with GTS operational reporting and Treasury data flows (balances, intraday positions) preferred.

· Clear communication skills for onshore/offshore collaboration.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
