We're looking for an Associate Subscription Renewals Representative candidate with experience in Sales, Renewals customer support, to join our team in Bangalore/ Hybrid.
You will report to the Manager, Subscription Renewals.
You will guide and expand renewals starting 180 days in advance of their contract end date. Your responsibility will include the sales cycle such as customer success, deployment, analysis, negotiations, legal negotiations, security reviews, and account collections.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Manage the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success/sales team to preserve and expand customer subscriptions while maintaining long lasting relationships
- Identify and analyze all details of what a customer owns vs what they are using
- Work with our Operations team, Deal Strategy and Legal teams to negotiate and accomplish renewals
- Identify any renewal risks within an account
- Engage with decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure renewals

- Finalize all renewal bookings before contract expiration dates
- Attain uplift on renewal bookings
- Expand customer spend with upsell on renewal bookings
- Meet Single-Year to Multi-Year subscription term conversion % on renewal bookings
Role Essentials
- You will need to work across departments and be the voice of the customer but also advocate for what is best for Informatica. It is extremely important you build relationships internally
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
