Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Infor LN ERP Analyst to lead and support the implementation of Infor LN ERP for manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end Infor LN ERP implementations for manufacturing clients.
• Configure and customize LN modules including :
• Production Orders
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Routing
• Capacity Planning
• MRP
• Inventory Management
• Shop Floor Control
• Conduct fitment gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Work closely with technical teams for custom development, data migration, and system integration.
• Perform system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deliver end-user training.
• Provide End to End implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor LN features and manufacturing ERP trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 80% or above marks.
• Preferred : MBA after :
• 1st Preference : Minimum 5+ years of shop floor experience in a manufacturing company.
• 2nd Preference : MBA graduates with relevant exposure.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read/write/speak).
